Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis
You can take the GRE once every 21 days, up to five times within any continuous rolling 12-month period (365 days).

The Revised GRE General Test:
The revised GRE General Test offers many changes in pattern and a more student friendly test environment. Some student friendly features of the revised test include:

Mark for Later Option
In the revised GRE test the students have the facility of marking questions they want to answer later and then use the review option to answer the marked questions. However, this review option is only available within a section not across sections

On Screen Calculator in the Quant Section
This helps students to gain accuracy in mathematical calculations and also saves their time which is crucial for success on the test

Scoring

Scoring – Verbal & Quant sections are scored on a scale of 130-170 with 1 point increments. Maximum score is 340. AWA Section is graded on a scale of 0-6 with 0.5 point increment
Viewing Scores – The students can view their unofficial scores for Verbal & Quant sections at the test center upon completion of their test
Score Card –the score cards are mailed 10-15 days after the test.
Score Validity – 5 years
Score Reporting:
On the test day : after completing the test and viewing your unofficial Verbal Reasoning and Quantitative Reasoning scores, you will be asked to designate four score recipients you want to send your General Test scores to.
After test day : you can order Additional Score Reports for a fee of US$25 per recipient
